To be able to design the perfect value proposition, Alexander Osterwalder developed the Value Proposition Canvas. This tool is a deepening of the Business Model Canvas and helps to better align the offer to the customer with the wishes of customers and users.
Value proposition canvas is an important customer analysis tool for the development of services and products. The tool serves to systematically map out what customers want, enabling the creation of a product and service offering that perfectly matches their needs. Value proposition canvas is also known as value proposition canvas and is part of the Business Model Canvas.
