Across the countries in our survey, ability to work independently, adaptability and communication skills/presentation are the most valued competences among the employees according to the employers in the three different countries. These skills are also the three most valued competences a newly qualified employee can possess. This means that the employers value the same competences among recently qualified employees as among their regular employees.
