About the project

Aarhus Municipality, UC Limburg in Belgium, Oslo University in Norway and Aarhus University in Denmark are working together on the project Growth4SMEs (GRaduate Ongoing Workqualification Towards offering Highly qualified skills for SMEs).

The project will create a digital platform that will collect input from SMEs about their skill shortage and subsequently design an education set-up so that unemployed obtain the sought after skills. For that purpose, the project will set up a joint online course aiming at an international audience and specific regional courses to help the young graduates to meet the demands of a constantly changing labor market. Furthermore, there will be arranged case-competitions to allow SMEs to hand in challenges so that the graduates can show how their newly acquired skills can present innovative solutions to business problems.

The digital platform will be launched in May in the three participating countries and the first digital modules are expected to be developed during the next six months so that they are ready by August.

The project is funded by ERASMUS+
