… give you as a student information about which kind of skills small and medium sized companies are looking for.

We have asked more than 400 SMEs about the skills they need in their companies. Based on their answers we have developed online courses primarily taught by university teachers who are experts in business understanding, creativity, design thinking etc. These courses are accessible at the knowledge section of the GROWTH4SME platform.

At the closing conference on April 27 2023, the results of the project were presented, and current topics related to academia and working life were discussed. In addition, HF students shared their experiences as participants in the project’s case competitions. Read more at UiO here.
